First pre-season camp for the Youth, the Senior Team and the first Umpiring Seminar

Dear SCCA Members,

 

SCCA will hold the first pre-season camp for the Youth, the Senior Team and the first Umpiring Seminar on Saturday, February 20th at Woodley. The reporting time for the coaching staff and the managers is at 10:00 AM. The reporting time for the players is at 10:30 AM. The camp will start sharp at 11:00 AM and end at  3:00 PM.

 

The following players are invited to the pre-season camp for the Senior Team:

 

Ravi Timbawala, Ritesh Kadu, Kaniska Chugai, Ali Shafi, Aditya Thyagarajan, Marcus Stewart, Dionisis Mavrokefalos, Abhemanyu Rajp, Benson Thomas, Nikhil Iyer , Malinda Fernando, Hamad Shahid, Salman Ahmad, Mevan Fernando, Elmore Hutchinson, Shayan Abdulghani, Nadir Malik, Naveed Khan, Ravi Singh, Nalin Priyadarshana, Abhik Vyas, Asad Khan, Chaminda Jayakody, Eashwaran Venkatachalam, Gaurav Khillan, Hari Sukumar, Nick Kapadia, Tarun Sandu, Zafar Rizvi, Sudhakar Reddy, Maduka De Silva, , Jimmy Pierce, Andy Bhatti, Dineth Katagoda, Abhishek Pawar, Ali Mukadam, , Hasita Guneratne,  Hrishikesh Unni (Rishi), Parth Shastri,  Rishabh Nanda, Lee Williams, Jafer Chaudhry, Manjula Vithana, Tarun Bhoomireddy , Ricky Singh and Anand Panchal.

 

Besides the senior probables, all youth players are invited to the camp. Any SCCA player who is not in the above list can join the camp as well until the selectors short list the probables.

 

The first session of the Umpiring Seminar will start from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The second session will start at 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Written exams will be taken in March and April, 2010.

  • Be an ambassador of the game of cricket.

Preparedness:

  • ICC ODI rules in conjunction with SCCA Rules and Regulations.
